Lee, the founder of LMR, has over 20 years of senior project management experience in the road and rail infrastructure industry. Having delivered landmark projects for reputable companies such as Sydney Trains, Aurizon/Siemens (formerly Aspect3 Alliance), UGL and Laing O’Rourke, Lee understands what it takes to undertake and successfully deliver project outcomes.
Known for his ‘can do’ energetic attitude, Lee spearheads LMR and is rapidly gaining a reputation in the industry supporting customers to deliver key infrastructure projects.

Darren is a Director of LMR and has over 20 years’ experience in the rail industry in Australia and the United Kingdom. He has held various senior project and construction positions in the UK with Network Rail, AmcoGiffen and Kelly Communications on key projects throughout the country.
In Australia, Darren has held senior project roles in Western Australia, Queensland and NSW for a number of key heavy haul and passenger projects with UGL Limited.
Darren has an electrical and signalling background, is a strategic thinker geared towards helping LMR’s key customers to deliver important projects.

Grant, has been with LMR since March 2017 and brings to the business over 25 years’ experience in Rail and Signalling construction.
Grant has worked on major land mark projects such as the FMG Project (T155). Roy Hill Heavy Haul Project (Samsung C&T), GAP50 Project (Synergy Alliance), Corinda to Darra Project (Trackstar Alliance) and Salisbury to Kuraby Project (UGL) to name a few.
Grant’s key strengths lie in his experience working across multiple state railways, time after time delivering successful rail signalling and telecommunication projects.

Travis has been with LMR since 2015 and has become a valuable member of our management team.
Travis currently manages our teams in QLD and has been developing fantastic relationships with our key stakeholders and clients.
As an experienced Construction Supervisor Travis continually develops the safety culture within his teams.
Travis Warner
Construction Manager
Guy is a senior engineering manager with 27 years railway industry experience.
Guy has been involved in numerous high profile Railway Construction & Re-Signalling projects in the UK working for client side organisations, main contractors, and sub-contractors.
In Australia Guy’s first project was the successful delivery of Inland rail stage 1 (signalling scope). Guy is now LMR's engineering manager supporting multiple QLD projects.
