Inland Rail Project
The Parkes to Narromine (P2N) section is one of 13 projects that complete Inland Rail. It requires upgrading 98.4km of existing rail track and building 5.3km of new rail near Parkes. The project includes a full rebuild of the rail tracks, rail formation and supporting structures in the existing rail corridor.
LMR successfully supported the signalling and construction scope for the first stage of the Inland Rail Project.

Gold Coast Light Rail Project
The Gold Coast Light Rail stage 2 project was completed between Helensvale Station and GCU Hospital station. The GCLR Stage2 project was part of the overall operational requirement for the Commonwealth Games and had a deadline that could not be missed.
LMR played a pivotal role in the installation of the Signalling and Overhead packages of work and successfully completed all of our activities on time and within budget.
Brisbane Airport (Dryandra Road Underpass)
The completed Dryandra Road Underpass Project supports 1.1km of separate public roadway, allowing access to the general aviation precinct. As this project was built 5 meters below sea level LMR’s contribution to the project not only included the HV power and lighting packages but a huge amount of de-watering.
LMR had many challenges with this project but team work prevailed as LMR successfully completed all of our activities with zero harm and on target.
